The Aspley East State School Parents and Citizens (P&C) Association is a group of dedicated parents and staff who are involved in a variety of activities to raise funds to support the teachers and administration staff in providing the best experience for our children at Aspley East. Some of the activities include running our tuckshop, uniform shop and various social and fundraising stalls.
At Aspley East State School our P&C committee meet week three and week eight each term on Wednesday, in the Annexe Meeting Room at 6.30pm. Below are the dates:
2025 Term 2:
Week 3 - Wednesday May 7th
Week 8 - Wednesday June 11th
2025 Term 3:
Week 3 - Wednesday July 30th
Week 8 - Wednesday September 3rd
2025 Term 4:
Week 3 - October 22nd
Week 8 - October 26th
2026 Term 1:
Week 3 - Wednesday February 11th
Week 8 - Wednesday March 18th (This will include our Annual General Meeting (AGM))

We invite all parents and members of the wider Aspley East community to come along and share your ideas about how to make our school better! There are many opportunities for parents who would like to be involved in the school community. Some of these include helping at the tuckshop, craft days for our stalls (Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Christmas) and working bees (care of our school gardens).
