STUDENT RESOURCE SCHEME
2024 (SRS)
Aspley
East State School manages a student resource scheme on behalf of our parents
and students. The main aim of the student resource scheme is to utilise our
collective purchasing power to benefit all families.
Thank
you to the many people who have already paid the 2024 SRS.
Here’s
a quick reference guide for the SRS:
Section
15 of the Student Resource Scheme Participation agreement details that “A parent who does not wish to participate
in the student resource scheme is responsible for providing the student with
items that would otherwise be provided to the student by the scheme to enable
the student to engage with the curriculum.”
For parents who DO NOT wish to participate in the SRS you will need to arrange the purchase and
preparation of all the resources covered by the SRS for their child (as detailed in the year level information listed on the right) (i.e books,
pencils, rulers, rubbers, highlighters, scissors etc) PLUS register and pay for
access to Mathletics, Reading Eggs, Sunshine Classics and Sunshine
Online. Please note the cost of subscriptions if purchased singularly is approximately $400 annually.
